General Terms

I cannot afford to accept refunds, please message me if you need me to work with you on payments - I'm happy to do that.I don't take commissions from minors - anyone under the age of 18 - or anyone using payment information that is not their own. For your safety, the safety of the person's info you are using, and mine, I will not accept payments or commissions from you with these circumstances.Things I will draw:

Heavy MechaI have the right to cancel your commission if any of my ToS is breached at any time.All commissions will be sent once done and payment is accepted to the email you submitted in your commission form.Any commission you receive from me is not allowed to be used alongside or training of AI Art.

Payment

All payments must be made in full and upfront - unless discussed previously. You will have a chance to discuss any payment plans for commissions that are over $100 when you receive your invoice for the commission. Any partial payments made will not be refunded for orders over $100, however you will not be charged the remaining amount.All Commissions will be paid in USD.

Process

I will give WIPs if your commission is over $100USD, or if we talked about it and you would like them.I will also give periodic WIPs if I am unsure of a section of your commission.The timeframe for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 calendar month dependent on factors such as:
health, order of commission, complexity, etcHowever if any of the above occurs you'll be notified ASAP.

Customer Satisfaction

I will do everything I can to make sure you, as my customer, are satisfied with your commission.However, after a commission is completed, only small changes are permitted.
Such as small coloring/markings mistakes.Any great changes will come as an additional cost to the base commission price.
Such as outfit changes, outfit additions or subtractions, background changes, or anything where I have to redo a majority of the piece.If your references were unclear to start with, minor changes will not be done without an additional fee.

Copyright/Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced piece, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the commissioned piece to:
♥ Promote myself within any place or site
♥ Display it anywhere of my liking
♥ Post it to my personal pages and Discord as finished work I have completed.The commissioner is allowed to:
♥ Use the work for any personal use unless agreed upon beforehand.
♥ Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the art itself.
♥ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right to the drawing you had will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
♥ Reproducing/using the artwork commercially. (making money from it without my approval)
♥ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
♥ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
♥Altering the artwork without my consent.*A purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is an additional fee on top of commission cost.With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand. Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

Canceling/Refunding Policy

I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.Once a commission has begun, payment has been received. Without speaking to me personally first about your situation I cannot help and negotiate for payment. A chargeback financially damages me as I do have bills to pay, but I am not unreasonable, please message me for payment issues through the available avenues.If money has not been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at that point.If you file a chargeback, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will also be temporarily blacklisted from commissioning me, BinniBunni, for up to 1 calendar year.If no discussion happened before the chargeback, I have the right to file a complaint with PayPal with this ToS as evidence you agreed to my terms upon comissioning me.

Pricing Info

All payments will be made in advance unless discussed beforehand, and only accepted through PayPal unless discussed beforehand.Before I begin my work on your commission you will receive an invoice for the amount. If you have more questions before you commission, please feel free to contact me.
